5:30 – 6:00 – Warmup and speed /
agility work
6:00-6:30– Offensive Drills
6:30-7:00 – Fundamentals Circuit
7:00-7:30 – Defensive Drills
7:30 – 8:00 – Competition
This is a NON-CONTACT Camp –
the focus is on fundamentals and
technique

Langley High School
6520 Georgetown Pike, Mclean
Camp will be held on Stadium and grass fields
What to Bring:
- Cleats
- Athletic Apparel
- Water bottle
Who May Attend:
Anyone in grades 3-8. Campers will be broken into two groups (3rd-5th and 6th-8th).
THIS IS A NON-CONTACT CAMP.
The focus will be on technique and fundamentals.
NOTE: Due to state recruiting rules – If you are 7th or 8th grader currently living in an area NOT zoned for Langley, but you are planning to attend Langley, you should not attend the camp. If you have a question, contact the Langley Activities office.

We are excited for the opportunity to teach the areas youth the fundamentals and techniques required to make the game of football both fun and safe!
Agreement/Medical Waiver
I hereby state that my child(ren) is in good normal health and has my permission to participate in all activities of this camp. In addition, I authorize the Fairfax Camp Staff to act for me in securing medical treatment for my child in the event of injury or illness. My signature below releases the camp, sponsors, staff and director from any and all liability. Please list any medical conditions the staff needs to be aware of during camp.
